  • Abstract
    In this study, we combine improved AHP with fuzzy evaluation to make a location decision. Specifically, it firstly introduced a new improved AHP with fuzzy methods, which changes the traditional scale from 1-9 to 0-2, and it is convenient to score the indicator system for experts, then conducted an empirical analysis to choose the candidate location for Haitong Port Parts Center, and finally proved the feasibility and the efficiency of the evaluation indicator system.
