Abstract :
This research aims to understand the psychological empowerment, group cohesion and leader member exchange that affect on job behavior empirically. With a sample of 403 employees from 6 companies in Macau, we use statistical analysis and find out that perceived psychological empowerment and group cohesion influence positive behavior and withdrawal behavior of employees in the workplace through the mediating effect of leader member exchange; We also confirm the moderating effect of psychological empowerment on relations between leader member exchange and withdrawal behavior, but the moderating effect of psychological empowerment does not exist between leader member exchange and positive behavior of employees.
