After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Currently sub-prime crisis is previous issue around world economy. This paper explores some underlying causes of this crisis by related summary data, moreover combining the development of China´s residential mortgage market analyze the unique risk characteristics on this system, such as systemic risk, credit risk, liquidity risk And basing on these investigations we conclude some policy recommendations to improve regulatory environment of China´s housing finance sector.
