Abstract :
With the development and widespread use of Internet, the application based on virtual instrument brings new throughway and foreground to power equipment monitoring and maintenance. Equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis are the major premise of condition-based maintenance for substation. In order to analyze and diagnosis the state of equipments, we should obtain the abundance but disparate monitoring information. In this paper, a new network model for on-line observation and diagnosis on HV equipment is proposed, and the technique of information management and analyses based on virtual instrument and Internet is discussed. With built on the frame of various communications net, the real-time acquiring data from supersensitive transducer can be collected together. After diagnosis and analysis by synthesis, the result can be easily retrieved on the computer network, and provided for the substation operator to monitor the insulation state of the current power equipment.
