Abstract :
A discrete-time infinite-dimensional system is considered. The receding window filtering idea is introduced to reconstruct the state of the system asymptotically from incomplete measurements. This observer is used in the stabilizing dynamic feedback control of the system. Robustness properties of such dynamic controllers are derived
