Abstract
In this paper, a novel improved DMC algorithm based on one point prediction is presented for solving big difficulty that dynamic matrix control algorithm (DMC) can not be directly applied in the process with an integral plant. In this algorithm, step response model is transformed into parametric model and the only one stable constrained point needs to be optimized. Theoretical analysis and simulation show that the final control errors can be eliminated when changes of set point and integral disturbance occurs. Compared with other DMC algorithms, the present algorithm has faster speed of calculation and better control performance.
