Abstract :
The on-line monitoring environment system based on WebGIS in Guangzhou City would make government departments of environmental management understand the actual emissions status of pollution source timely and accurately, which strengthened environmental supervision methods to investigate and deal with serious source of pollution emissions enterprise on over standard. On-line monitoring system attempted to combine the GIS and GPS, used spatial information technology to manage the business and sources of spatial information. GIS technology had been effective application in the management of pollution sources, and promoted deep reform of the on-line monitoring management reform. This paper which combined the management of pollution sources business characteristics, on-line monitoring management system with specific functions and data needs analyzed the system design principles, discussed the functions and performance. The research would boost pollution sources reform, and improve its management level and efficiency.
