Abstract :
The paper presents a CMOS differential second generation current-controlled current conveyor circuit with multiple outputs (MO-DCCCII). The principle of the circuit is analyzed in detail. The circuit can restrain even harmonics, common-mode signal. It can apply in digital-to-analog mixed circuit design and signal processing. The simulation results show in the frequency range of 30MHz the proposed MO-DCCCII circuit meet ideal port characteristic of MO-DCCCII. In the last, as an application, differential current-mode filters based on MO-DCCCII are realized and simulated
