Abstract :
One of the foremost challenges facing manufacturing industry nowadays is the large-scale integration of their enterprise systems. Based on analyzing the processes and operating characters of JIT automotive supply logistics, within the reference model for enterprise logistics systems based on ISO 9001 standard, the particular enterprise architecture process for JIT automobile supply logistics is identified and it is analyzed and modeled by IDEF9000. The model is not only as a technique for integrating and simulating complex JIT supply logistics systems but also as a approach that allows the transformation of informal knowledge into the form of a pragmatic, formalized and structured knowledge that could be spread and shared throughout the organization.
