Abstract :
In this paper an input impedance model of the mixer with common-source input stage is presented. The analytical predictions are compared with the simulation results. Good agreement between the predictions and simulations is obtained. A new input impedance matching circuit with common-source input stage is presented. The off-chip matching circuit with the new mixer can be implemented by only an inductor
