Abstract :
This paper presents the development of a new 2.4 mm coaxial twin load microcalorimeter and the associated thermal power sensors used as transfer RF power standards. The effective efficiency of two types of standards is measured. Good agreement is obtained with published data in the case of standards based on indirectly heated thermocouples.
