Abstract :
The effects of financial risk and business risk on firm value in logistic industry from 1993 to 2006 are investigated. Results confirm that financial risk and business risk of logistic companies are important determinants of firm value. The higher the financial risk and the business risk, the lower the firm value. Results also confirm that firm size has negative effect on firm value.
