Abstract :
Apply fractal transform to digital image compression arithmetic to obtain tremendous compression ratio on the basic of retaining rebuilding image quality, and raise the improvement method base on entropy arrangement algorithm for the disadvantage of slow fractal arithmetic coding. The experiments have shown that the improvement method encoding time is about twenty times faster than the traditional fractal algorithm with almost the same PSNR. And at last in this paper, we apply the result to digital certificate solution.
