Abstract :
A project usually has several or more combination schemes of implementation. Different schemes have different advantages and disadvantages because the risk elements exist in the project implementation. How to judge the advantages and disadvantages of the schemes is very important for the project management. This paper presents a method to use the tree structure chart to make the combination schemes of the project more clear and concise. At the same time, it considers the risk elements exist in the project implementation which influent the project implementation, and the values of indexes about every activities in the project is given by expert scoring method, the values of every indexes about the project are also calculated according to the tree structure chart. The advantages and disadvantages of every schemes of project can be acquired. It is more useful and concise for the planning and decision making of the project risk management. At the end of the paper, an example is presented to prove the practicability of the method.
