Study on Project Risk Management Information System Based on Progress Schedule

From how to design management information system to effectively avoid the project risk then to guarantee the smooth implementation of the progress schedule, this paper analyzes the process of designing the management information system based on project progress schedule, emphatically discusses the analysis of data flow diagram and the main modules design. Based on the multilayered distributed application structure, this system realizes the effective integration of the project progress schedule management, the risk process management, the communication management, the consultation management, so as to guarantee the smooth implementation of the progress schedule.
