Abstract :
The government of China had promulgated the "Constructing the Innovational Nation" policy since 2005. Enhancing the capability of independent innovation and building an innovation- oriented country has become a major strategic objective. Under this background, developing the high-tech human resources (HR) and industries, promoting the economy of Anhui has become a consensus. According to current technology and demand of economic development of Anhui, this paper took high-tech enterprises, research institutes, and universities in Anhui as study objects, used comparison and classification methods to analyze the development actuality and forecasted the demand and changing tends of high-tech HR based on the survey, in order to provide decision-making supporting for high-tech HR development strategy of Anhui Province.
