  • Abstract
Risk management is one of the most important management factors which affect the smooth implementation of an engineering project. This article, based on relevant theories in respect of engineering project risk types and pressure gauge instrument structure principles, analyzes the engineering project risk pressure system. According to the analysis, the reason why the same risk factors action causes different risk rates is the different capability of engineering projects to buffer risk pressure. By establishing and analyzing an engineering project risk pressure model, we find that, human resource has similar characteristics as elastic sensitive units to affect engineering project risk pressure. Moreover, this article discusses key capabilities in different stages of engineering projects and furthermore puts forward several measures to promote the level of risk management.
