Abstract
As an extension of previous studies on aggregate load area model (ALAM), this paper verifies the dynamic equivalency of the model by using it on the IEEE 10-generator-39-bus New England system; simulation results validate the model for voltage stability analysis, incorporating an aggregate exponential recovery model (AERM) within the load area model.
