Abstract :
On the basis of necessity analysis of risk identification in large-sized mining shaft construction project, this article researches from the aspects of goal, method and procedure of risk identification and constructs a procedure-oriented large- sized mining shaft construction project risk identification implementation system according to the characteristics of shaft construction project in large-sized coalmine. By using three researching tools, i.e., questionnaire survey, brainstorming and executive interviewing, this article makes an empirical study in the different periods of shaft construction project from the preparation, freezing, sinking to the close of shaft construction period and the research outcome provides necessary reference for the risk identification work of mining shaft construction project and is favorable for the improvement of shaft construction project full-process risk management quality and the reduction of risk losses.
