Abstract :
This paper presents possible approaches for improving the accuracy and validity of the data on energy generation, transition and consumption. Energy flow modeling issues are noted. A mathematical model of energy flow on the base of state estimation technique is proposed. Also, the energy flow problem observability is considered.
