  • Abstract
    TEGAM has developed a new coaxial DC-substitution microwave bolometer in 2.4 mm for measurement of microwave power at frequencies up to 50 GHz. The new bolometer incorporates a novel launch to coplanar waveguide and a new design for planar thermistors. The resulting sensor will be useful as a primary or transfer standard for microwave power.
