Abstract
In this paper, a remote laboratory for experimentation within an introductory digital logic courses is proposed in order to alleviate laboratory´s occupation, while providing adequate support for experimentation around a set of combinatorial and sequential circuits, and keeping possible remote interaction among students of the same working group. In this sense, the remote laboratory can be used by different students at different remote locations, maintaining their interactions. A low-cost platform based on one microcontroller and two FPGAs was chosen for implementation of the laboratory server, which can be used autonomously or in combination with a Learning Management Systems.
