Abstract
The classical block decoupling problem via non-dynamic state feedback, whose solution for time-invariant systems can be based on geometric notions, is solved for linear periodic discrete-time systems. The basic tool is the periodic notion of reachability subspace. Both the solvability conditions and a design procedure of the control law are provided. The problem is studied, and a design procedure is presented, also with the requirement of asymptotic stability
