Abstract :
A motion adaptive field rate converter is described which converts interlaced 625 or 1250 line, 50 Hz signals for display as interlaced 900 line, 100 Hz signals. Adaptive vertical filtering allows maximum resolution, while minimising aliasing effects.<>
