Abstract :
This research examines the relationships among playfulness, creative behavior, and organizational creative climate. Entrepreneurs in small and medium enterprises in Taiwan served as the primary participants for this research. There is a positive correlation between playfulness and creative behavior as well as between creativity and organizational creative climate among traditional small and medium enterprise entrepreneurs in Taiwan.
