Abstract :
A practical piecewise-linear curvature-corrected bipolar bandgap reference that is suitable for switching power supplies is presented. The simulation results of the proposed reference have verified that the temperature coefficient of the output reference voltage is as low as 6.25 ppm/degC . The improvement on temperature coefficient is about 3 times reduction compared to the one presented in (Zhaozhao and Jun, 2004)
