Abstract :
Digital simulation is widely used in analysis of power system dynamic process, and the accuracy of models and parameters of the components is with vital importance to the validity of digital simulation. In this paper, a trajectory sensitivity based method is proposed to get accurate generator parameters. First, a set of error indices is defined to indicate the mismatch between the measured trajectory and the simulated trajectory under the same disturbance. Based on trajectory sensitivity the relative importance of the parameters which affect the dynamic process can be determined, and by adjusting the relative important parameters the simulated trajectories can match the measured. 2-Generator to Infinite Bus System in the dynamic simulation laboratory studies show the validity and simplicity of the proposed method.
