Abstract
A novel feedforward reversed nested Miller compensation technique with only one feedforward transconductance stage and even one compensation capacitor, GRNMC, is proposed for three-stage amplifier. Through simple equation, the pole-zero cancellation is reached and not only the phase margin is 90deg, but also some limits of relation between three transconductances are cancelled. The simulation results in TSMC 0.25mum process proved that the results are consistent with the theoretical results accurately
