  • Abstract
    This paper presents a general review of current state of ultra-wideband (UWB) radio development, including MB-OFDM and MB-OOK systems, focusing on the transmit side. Recent silicon-based transmitter circuit design approaches are presented, including carrier generation for OFDM systems. This paper also reviews pulse generation methods for pulsed UWB systems
