Abstract
This paper considers such a supply chain, there is one manufacturer who produces two types of products with substitution, and sells the two types of products to two different retailers respectively, then the two retailers sell the two products to end consumer. Using game-theoretical approach, each firm´s optimal decisions are established, also the role of the manufacturer and the two retailers over two different scenarios are explored.
