Abstract
Knowledge flow within organizations is presented as a network structure, which is closely related with the social attribute of knowledge transfer and diffusion within organizations. Accordingly, from a social network analysis (the "SNA") perspective, this article illustrates several issues concerning knowledge networks within organizations, including knowledge connection and strength analysis of nodes, and identification of knowledge clique and key knowledge nodes.
