  • Abstract
    The traditional method of storage reliability evaluation is based on the statistical analysis by numerous test data. This method is not suitable for practical engineering analysis due to the characteristic of its short development cycle and application period for the whole system. In this paper, method of storage reliability evaluation combing similar products method and test method is introduced. By analyzing the failure mechanism of engine control circuit module, use both similar products and test method to evaluate reliability of various types of failure. Then, evaluate the storage reliability of engine control circuit module by the use of system key components reliability series-parallel model.
