  • Abstract
    In order to raise power load data handling accuracy, multi-fractal theory is used to analyze power load time series local singularity. The concussion load brought by power system in its circulation and the random interference data produced by data gathering system will both bring along harmful data in the power load data. The local singularity is one kind of property that the power load time series has. Computing method and computing result is given. The analysis of result indicates that multi-fractal theory is effective to analyze power load time series local singularity.
