Abstract
To effectively and efficiently utilize context within knowledge management (KM), a context-integrated KM approach is put forward, by which context is comprehensively integrated into main KM processes. After the concept of context- integrated KM is described, how to contextualize various KM processes is analyzed. A context-integrated KM system is proposed and how it improves general KM system is analyzed, and key technologies to implement such a system are addressed. Finally the benefits of integrating context into KM are discussed.
