  • Abstract
    The subject of the theoretical analysis presented in this article is determining the exact analytical closed form presentations to the transistor thermal sensitivity, by using the Special Tran Functions Theory - STFT. Structure of the STFT solutions, derivations, numerical results and graphical simulations confirm the validity and base principle of the STFT.
