  • Abstract
In this paper, four kinds of novel graphene-based devices are introduced, which are graphene sound source, graphene thermal rectifier, graphene touch pad and graphene Resistive Random Access Memory (RRAM). Those devices are fundamental different from conventional devices. Among them, graphene sound source is fully transparent, flexible, ultrathin loudspeaker without moving parts; Graphene thermal rectifier could control the heat flux with large forward/reversed ratio; Graphene touch pad is fully flexible with high response sensitivity both on flat and curvature surface; Graphene RRAM could monitor the oxygen movement in RRAM and realize the current reduction. Those novel graphene-based devices could open wide applications in multi-media, bio-medicine and smart systems.
