Abstract :
In this paper, the states observer on NCS with uncertain long time-delay is designed, and a fault detection approach based on the states observer is proposed. The corresponding output residual dynamic stability theorem is given and proved in details. Finally, an example and simulation results illustrate that the approach is effective.
