Abstract :
Aiming at hydrocracking units and production craft of the company, ESD is designed, and is realized. The system hardware is configured by Tricon of the Triconex, that is constituted by main system, engineer workstation, sequence of events workstation, operation station, detection unit and executive mechanism, it can be communicated with DCS and LAN. The system controlling logic principle is designed according to the specific requirements of the craft and equipment. All controlling software modules of the system and friendly HMI are designed by Tristation1131 and Intouch respectively. The system debugging is introduced in the paper. The application of the system brings about expectant benefits for the enterprise.
