After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The traditional training model overlooked the importance of teaching practice, the traditional practice of teaching methods so that students are unable to learn through real application, ERP platforms simulation courses changes in the traditional pattern of train personnel, emphasizing training, experience and practice, so that the students learn the knowledge mutual penetration, which train students from around the physical ability and can cultivate students the spirit of teamwork. Through experience teaching of platforms simulation courses so that students can understand and master business management knowledge and skills in the school, and is a very worthwhile way to promote the practice. ERP platforms simulation course is discussed on the development and significance in the paper, and put a models of platforms simulation teaching and inadequate for your reference.
