Abstract :
LNA is one of the key components in the receiver system. With the development of millimeter wave (MMW) wireless communication, more and more high performance MMW LNAs are required for the MMW systems. Balanced LNA is widely used because of better return loss, stability and linearity, comparing to the single-ended LNA. Most of the balanced LNAs are structured by Lange couplers, and the performance of the balanced LNA is largely affected by the Lange coupler.
