Abstract :
A self-injection-locked tray-type coupled oscillator array for spatial power combining is developed in this paper. By using a VTFSS as a tunable phase reflector in the common cavity resonator, the oscillators can be voltage-controlled through a single bias to build an efficiently combined VCO in waveguide. Compared with the single oscillator, the coupled oscillators exhibit better noise performance and higher power.
