  • Abstract
    We demonstrate a precise 3D nonlinear finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) analysis of optical four-wave mixing (FWM) in an actual InGaAsP/InP based racetrack microresonator by taking into consideration the material dispersion, nonlinearity and staircase-error compensation. Moreover, the numerical results have been verified by experiment
