Abstract :
In this paper, we validate the numerical model through a comparison with the experimental results of bilayer NPD-Alq3 based OLEDs. This model can be further expanded for the design optimization of complicated organic laser and LED structures. We have compared the simulation results of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) with the experimentally measured ones and found that they are in good agreement
