Abstract :
Billing has been a top priority in the establishment of public utility companies. Power utility companies top the list of losers to consumers in terms of billing ratio (the ratio of billed energy to energy supplied ). Theoretically, all losses can be accounted for if it is possible to install good accurate meters at all relevant points on the net work. This paper presents an efficient billing and management system that could "account for every unit of energy delivered to customers" and improves on the overall quality of service delivery
