Abstract :
The scale-free networks perform obvious frangibility under intentional attack. In order to study the invulnerability of scale-free networks under intentional attack, we bring forwards to applying "honeypot" which is a new technology of Internet security to scale-free networks. Firstly, this paper give a brief introduction to honeypot and its application; then presents a model of the invulnerability of scale-free networks based on the inveiglement of "honeypot" and the characters of scale-free networks in topology, it introduces how to apply "honeypot" to scale-free networks, how to dig out backbone network effectively and how to design and optimize network structure over deploying a few "honeypot node" in the backbone network; at last, we validate the validity and correctness of the model over random simulated experiment and find that deploy "honeypot node" according to the model can improve the invulnerability of the scale-free networks effectively.
