Abstract :
This paper develops an optimal technique for dealing with the fuzziness aspect of demand uncertainties facing consumer´s decisions. Triangular fuzzy numbers are used to model external demand, and decisions models in both non-cooperative and cooperative situations are proposed and optimal pricing and ordering quantity policies are obtained by model calculating. Finally, based on the closed form solutions for both models, a cooperative policy for the optimization of the whole supply chain is achieved.
