Tutorial T3: Design of deep sub-micron CMOS circuits and design methodologies for high performance microprocessor
Abstract :
This tutorial discusses design challenges of high performance CMOS circuits in the deep submicron technologies and the design methodologies required to design them in order to produce robust designs with desired power performance trade-off. This proposal will have four major components followed by a case study.
