  • Abstract
    As the running of traffic control system needing the road topological framework and the settlement of the traffic flow data modeling, this paper gives the conception of the traffic dynamic zones and designs the framework of the traffic dynamic zoning model. The basic measure criterions of traffic dynamic zoning are put forward, which are the saturation, the connectivity and the order degree. The rational range of the saturation, the connectivity and the order degree are discussed. This research provides the precondition and foundation for the dynamic traffic control. The dynamic traffic zoning process and constraints of zoning are proposed according to the basic thought of hierarchical production planning and the performance requirements of the traffic zones.
