Abstract
The financial crisis caused almost every country´s economy in a depression, on contrast to economic recession, the financial crisis, however, gave an opportunity to the electronic entertainment with cultural elements. The authors analyzed the relationship between culture and economy, found that Economy serves as foundation for culture, and Culture is an important force for economic development. The authors also discussed the demand balance during the financial crisis, demonstrated that human spiritual demand increased, while the material demand decreased after the crisis according to the study of utility curves and indifference curves. Based on the analysis of the relation between culture and economy, it is put forward that electronic entertainment should absorb cultural elements to meet people´s demand under the financial crisis, which will be a trend in electronic entertainment.
