Abstract :
It is recognized that the strategies taken to conduct lectures should focus more intensively on the students´ needs to seek for suitable careers instead of theories which are much less applicable in real-life. Based on such objective, we have referenced the Theory of Creative Investment (Sternberg and Lubart, 1995), and Methods of Developing Creativity (Sternberg and Williams, 1996), as well as The Five Evaluation Standards (Maker, 1982) to establish a novel strategy and effectively conduct an RFID course to students. We have selected a four component model: Asking, Thinking, Doing and Evaluation, or known as the AIDE model create a much more learning-friendly environment for students. With the aid of various materials and techniques, it is hoped that the students would effectively establish communication and resolve problems with cooperation. Ultimately, it is expected the students will develop much better creativity and motivation towards learning solving problems. The focus of our research would be critical reflection record and internet-mediated communications. By analyzing records and statistics collected during the process of learning, the instructor had noticed a much more improved learning habit of students after introducing the new learning environment which has incorporated both internet technology and problem based learning.
